We want you to love your lighting setup, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all components, cables, and fixtures are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused components in their original boxes, ensuring that delicate bulbs and textile cables are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping point; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
